One of the biggest releases of 2014 will certainly be the Air Jordan 6 "Carmine". With this upcoming year being the 23rd anniversary of the original release of the Air Jordan 6, you can expect Jordan Brand to pull out all the stops with the model, just as they did with the Air Jordan 5 this previous year. One of the most highly sought after colorways of the Air Jordan 6 is the "Carmine" makeup and has become a grail for many sneakerheads in more recent years. This excellent combination of a white and red on the upper was a hit when it was last released as part of the Jordan Collezione Pack back in 2008. This time the sneaker will feature the blue tinted translucent sole which has received mixed reviews due to its differing look from original releases. Although this may indeed be the case, it is hard to argue with a change that slows the dreaded "yellowing" that will inevitably occur. There is yet to be an announced release date for the sneaker but there seems to be little reason to doubt that they will release sometime this year.
