Air Jordan 1 OG "Black/White" Detailed Images

The Air Jordan 1 is one of the most well known sneaker silhouettes, and rightfully so. The sneaker started what became the greatest signature sneaker series of all-time, and there is no debate. Air Jordans have gone far beyond the hardwood and have become a fashion and culture all their own. Their is no disputing Jordans hold on the sneaker throne, although so will try, and there likely never will be. Therefore, it is only right that the sneaker that started it all be properly recognized with the return of one of the "Black/White" colorway in OG fashion. There is yet to be an official release date announcement but you can rest assured that these will likely be returning sometime during the coming months. For now, enjoy the detailed images below and be sure to let us know your thoughts on this upcoming release.

Air Jordan 6 "Black Infrared" Holiday 2014

The long awaited return of the Air Jordan 6 "Black Infrared" finally looks like it will come at the highlight of the sneaker season. The classic sneaker is set to be the the 2014 Black Friday release with a tentative release date scheduled for November 29th at a retail price of $185. There have been a multitude of sneak peak images of the shoe that have surfaced over the last couple of weeks. It was first thought that the highly coveted 3M accents would not be included in the 2014 release, but recent images have shown otherwise as the most recent pictures to surface show hints of 3M. We are still waiting for a set of more detailed images of the sneaker to surface but so far the release looks to be more on point with the original release than expected. Either way the model will certainly be one of the hottest drops of the year and will certainly be on many sneakerheads wish lists come this holiday season.

Air Jordan 13 "Barons" - Early Look

It appears that the Jordan Brand "Barons" releases may continue, and this time the Air Jordan 13 will don the new colorway. The previous release of the Air Jordan 9 sporting the colorway made sense as the Air Jordan 9 was the sneaker released during the year Jordan retired to pursue a career as a professional baseball player. Luckily for us the retirement didn't last long, but that does not explain why the Air Jordan 13 would be released with the colorway. Therefore it is unlikely that this model is truly inspired by the the Birmingham Barons. It is far more likely that this release is somehow related to Jordan Brand's "Element Series" as a potential 11LAB13 release with patent leather being featured on the midsole. Let us know you thoughts on the sneaker and its inspiration by leaving a comment below in the provided section.

Jordan Brand has created a great deal of buzz within the sneaker community as of late. The sneaker giant has announced that they plan to revamp the retro sneaker line for 2015 and has blessed us with a multitude of highly desirable upcoming releases. With 2014 being the 23rd Anniversary of the Air Jordan line, it was expected that the silhouette would make a huge splash throughout the year. The "White Infrared", "Sport Blue", "Brazil", and "Black Infrared" colorway have headlined to sneakers return so far this year, but there is now another upcoming color scheme that could possibly surpass them all. What is thought to be the Air Jordan "23rd Anniversary" colorway was recently showcased by USA Soccer goalie Tim Howard. Although Howard adds that only 30 pairs of the shoe were made and that it will not hit retailers we can still hope right? Let us know what you think of the colorway by leaving a comment below.

Air Jordan 11 "Columbia" 2014 New Images & Release Details

The return of the Air Jordan 11 "Columbia" has easily become one of the biggest sneaker stories so far this year. The shoe is set to return as the "Legend Blue" colorway, but the sneaker world will always know it as the "Columbia" makeup. It is no surprise that the shoe will be part of the multitude of holiday season releases in 2014. Recently new detailed images of the model have surfaced along with what appears to be the official retail price for the sneaker. According to the leaked image below the retail price for the model will be $200. This represents yet another price increase from Jordan Brand. This is nothing new as the price of retro models has increased anywhere between $30-$40 over the last 5 years depending on the model. This undoubtedly is disappointing news to sneakerheads but there essentially no chance the 2014 Air Jordan 11 "Columbia" won't instantly sell out upon release.

Air Jordan 14 Retro "Ferrari" 2014

There seems to be quite the trend developing with Jordan Brand as the company continues to rattle off all-red colorways of its retro sneakers. The colorway itself was made popular recently by the Nike Air Yeezy "Red October", which has become one of the most highly sough after sneakers in recent memory. Next up to be hit with the colorway is the Air Jordan 14. The colorway is being dubbed the "Ferrari" makeup, which is fitting as the sneaker was originally designed with inspiration from the Italian car maker. There is little doubt that the model will be a hit come release day, which is yet to be announced. With detailed images as the ones seen below a release date and retail price is seemingly around the corner.

Air Jordan 6 "Oreo 2014"

It appears that the Air Jordan 6 will be having one of the biggest retro years in recent memory. The model has already released in the popular "White Infrared" and "Carmine" colorways along with the "Cigar and Champagne Pack" and is scheduled to appear in the "Brazil Pack", an all red colorway, and it appears the "Oreo" makeup seen above will also be hitting retailer at some point over the next couple of months. The sneaker will feature an all black upper that is accented by hints of white and of course the white-speckled midsole. Given we have seen the colorway pop up across the internet multiple times over the last week we can likely expect a release date to surface sometime in the near future as well. Be sure to stay tuned to Freshly Laced for this information and more.

Air Jordan 14 "Black Toe" New Images

The Air Jordan 14 is on its way back to retailers, and the sneaker community has naturally become quite interested. The "Black Toe" colorway of the model, pictured below, is the most highly anticipated release of the silhouette for the remainder of the year. The Air Jordan 14 draws inspiration from the Italian super car manufacturer Ferrari, which happens to be a personal favorite of Michael Jordan himself. The return of the "Black Toe" colorway will hopefully be accompanied by materials fit for a Ferrari. If so, the sneaker will certainly push itself into the top retro releases of the year discussion. Unfortunately an official release date for the model is yet to announced but rest assured Freshly Laced will bring it to you as soon as it is made available. Until then check out the detailed images below and begin saving up.

Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" Release Date

The Air Jordan 14 is one of the more overlooked sneaker models in the Air Jordan line. If it we not for the famous "Last Shot" Jordan took over Bryon Russell to win the 1998-1999 NBA Finals over the Utah Jazz the shoe may have been completely overlooked as Jordan retired for the second time after completing his second three-peat with the Chicago Bulls. Luckily for us the current retro craze is allowing us to experience the model once again and the public opinion on the sneaker may just change for the better. With that said, a new colorway of the shoe is set to release as the Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" colorway is scheduled to hit retailers on July 4th. Just in time for the height of the summer, the shoe is likely to fly off shelves as most retro releases do these days so be sure you are more than ready on release day if you plan to pick up a pair.

The Air Jordan LAB series has quickly became one of the biggest stories in the sneaker world. The blending of iconic silhouettes from the legendary Air Jordan line have naturally brought sneaker hype to yet another higher level. Next up to release in the new series is the Air Jordan 5LAB3 "Black" colorway. The sneaker definitely has the attention of sneakerheads with a translucent sole and an all black 3M upper. The inspiration for the 3M and the translucent sole coming from the Air Jordan 5 and being placed on the Air Jordan 3. The last few years have seen a more creative and daring side of Jordan Brand. Whether this is a good or bad thing is all up for debate nut with sneakers at a all time high in popularity and sales it becomes hard to argue with their decisions from a business standpoint. Either way, the Air Jordan 5LAb3 "Black" colorway is set to drop May 17th at a retail price of $225. These are sure to be a quick sell out so be sure to make the necessary arrangements ahead of time.
