The Air Jordan 5 is one of the most iconic Air Jordan sneaker silhouettes of all-time and now it appears the model will be receiving another new colorway, which appears to be a "Black Laney" makeup. The original "Laney" colorway honors Jordan's high school days and is set to release sometime during the 2013 Holiday season. Similar to the "Grape" colorway, the "Laney" makeup has been highly sought-after. It also appears that the "Laney" makeup will receive a black-themed version, just as the "Grape" did. Although the blue and yellow along the midsole have been switched in this version, it appears the colors remain the same. The model will also feature a heel design in place of the 23 that sometimes appears on Air Jordan 5 models.
