Air Jordan 13 "Barons" - Early Look

It appears that the Jordan Brand "Barons" releases may continue, and this time the Air Jordan 13 will don the new colorway. The previous release of the Air Jordan 9 sporting the colorway made sense as the Air Jordan 9 was the sneaker released during the year Jordan retired to pursue a career as a professional baseball player. Luckily for us the retirement didn't last long, but that does not explain why the Air Jordan 13 would be released with the colorway. Therefore it is unlikely that this model is truly inspired by the the Birmingham Barons. It is far more likely that this release is somehow related to Jordan Brand's "Element Series" as a potential 11LAB13 release with patent leather being featured on the midsole.
